So, what makes a lounge truly exceptional? The study dissected customer experience across eight key areas, each weighted for importance on a 1,000-point scale. Think of it as a report card for lounges, grading them on:

- Staff: Are they friendly, helpful, and attentive?
- Food and Beverage: Is the selection tasty, fresh, and plentiful?

Chase Sapphire Lounges weren't far behind with 771 points. Interestingly, while American Airlines Admirals Clubs, Alaska Lounges, and United Clubs scored well, they fell below the study's average of 758.

Most travelers (56%) spend 31 to 60 minutes in lounges, but those who linger longer (over 2 hours) report significantly higher satisfaction scores – a whopping 39 points higher! This raises the question: is a longer lounge stay the key to a truly satisfying travel experience?
